The birthing experience can sometimes be traumatic, and I am here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to heal and find healing after a difficult birth. My specialised sessions are designed to address and process the emotions, memories, and challenges associated with birth trauma, helping you move towards a place of healing, empowerment, and peace.

What is birth trauma?

Birth trauma refers to the emotional and psychological distress that can result from a challenging or traumatic childbirth experience. It can occur when a person feels scared, helpless, or out of control during labour and delivery. Birth trauma can manifest in various ways, including feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, or a disconnection from the birthing experience. It is important to acknowledge and seek support for birth trauma to promote healing and emotional well-being.
